Overview
Description
Students gain practical experience working for organizations that address the following: the effects of climate change; practices and policies that influence environmental sustainability; and/or the impact of both on the viability of wildlife.Students will have guidance in doing so, but must make their own arrangements for securing a supervised internship position. At the conclusion of the semester, student will submit a brief written report regarding the impact of their internship experience. This course will receive liberal arts elective credit, but cannot be applied toward the fulfillment of a major or minor. This course is graded on a Pass/Fail basis.
