Health Services

The Baruch College Student Health Care Center provides students with a full range of clinical health services, including initial diagnosis and treatment for a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries. When necessary, referrals will be made. The Health Care Center is committed to providing consistent, high quality health services to Baruch students in a culturally sensitive and confidential environment.

Services are available to students with a valid Baruch I.D.

NOTE: Due to the CUNY COVID-19 protocol, the hours for the Baruch College Student Health Care Center have changed until further notice. The new hours are listed below:

Monday: 10 a.m-3:00 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

**Please note the lactation room is available when the Health Care Center is open.

Walk-ins are welcome up to 15 minutes prior to closing.

Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, the Health Center reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.

Vaccines

Please be aware that students with health insurance can no longer receive vaccines from our office. This includes MMR, HEPB, HPV, TdAP, Flue, and HepA. Students with no insurance or who are underinsured can still receive vaccines. If insured, please reach out to your provider to find a clinic or physician’s office that can administer vaccines for you. Please call our office for more information.

Records Submissions

Immunization records are required prior to registration. Please complete this form and return it to medicalrecords@baruch.cuny.edu.

Immunization and Medical Information

All students need to submit proof of MMR immunization and proof or waiver for Meningitis immunization before classes start.

You cannot attend classes until your forms are turned in. Anyone born on January 1, 1957 or after must submit proof of immunization with the following conditions: All degree students must submit proof of immunization regardless of number of credits attempted. Non-degree students who wish to register for six or more college credits at Baruch College must submit proof of immunization. For more information, you can visit Baruch Health Services.

UPDATE: Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, the College campus is currently closed for the foreseeable future. In order for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions/Medical Records Unit to process your immunization records, we strongly advise you to email your immunization records to medicalrecords@baruch.cuny.edu. Keep in mind that you do not need a doctor to fill out the form. If you currently cannot meet with your doctor or healthcare professional, please email us whatever documents you have and we will review them. Please email any questions to medicalrecords@baruch.cuny.edu.
