A short walk from Central Park, the Baruch College Residence Hall is equipped with a fitness center, shared kitchen facilities, laundry machines, study lounges, and much more.

Application Process and Forms

Full-time enrolled students are eligible for housing. Interested students must complete the Baruch housing application form.

Costs and Payment Options

Housing payments are made each semester or monthly through the Sallie Mae Tuition Pay plan. Financial aid is available for eligible students.

Housing Logistics and Terms

Housing Services offers double and triple rooms, for two or three students each. The Residence Hall remains open and staffed over Winter Break so you can stay and enjoy the city.
