Description
This course focuses on the design of training and development systems that help employees acquire the critical competencies required to be effective leaders in work organizations. The course provides fundamentals on how to use basic principles of psychology and learning to design valid training and development systems. In particular, this course focuses on training systems used in managerial development. This course will be offered annually.
