Description

Designed to help candidates develop effective interpersonal skills and facilitate communication in teacher-student, teacher-to-class, teacher-teacher, and teacher-supervisor situations. Issues of levels of communication, situational empathy, effective listening, communications barriers, non-verbal communication, and accurate interpretation are analyzed. Situational problems, role playing, and videotaping provide students with illustrative material and feedback.
