Overview
Description
This team-taught course applies the analytical tools of the social sciences to a historical problem of special interest to teachers. The problem may vary from year to year but ought to be one that is interdisciplinary and multicultural by nature, relevant to classrooms at several levels, and one that combines the critical investigation of the subject, with a self-conscious examination of the methods, to the generation of materials and experiences that are useful in the elementary and early childhood classroom.
