Description

This course provides early (nursery-grade 3) and elementary (grades 4-6) childhood methods of instruction within the context of an advanced interdisciplinary, multicultural humanities curriculum. Students explore the aesthetic and theoretical relationship between the arts as a basis for both studying and teaching language arts through art, music, and theatre. Word processing programs appropriate for elementary school children are incorporated into the syllabus.
