This course will examine the most pressing issues in US national security and international security–including weapons proliferation, cyber warfare, pandemics, climate change, a rising China,and a revisionist Russia–and how this country’s ongoing debate on global engagement is affecting the liberal world order and the ability to address these challenges.Open to Austin W.
