Description
The purpose of this course is to facilitate students learning quantitative measures of HR functions. The course is designed for those who wish to learn key metrics used in the human resource management field and understand how they impact the strategic decision making process. The course will provide an overview of HR metrics and analytics, such as time-to-hire, training and development metrics, hire rate, vacancy rate, and attrition rate. With various metrics and analytics demonstrated in class, students will learn how spreadsheets can be created and used for data analysis and interpretation for effective business decisions.
