Description
Focused on the statistical tools of control charts and experimental design used for quality improvement. This course assumes familiarity with the managerial aspects of quality. The course reviews basic control chart concepts and then focuses on advanced control charts such as CUSUM, EWMA, and multivariate charts and aspects of experimental design, including graphical and ANOVA approaches to factorial designs, fractional factorial designs, and Taguchi's contributions to experimental design, along with the analysis of means (ANOM).
