Description
This course studies themes, dramatic techniques, and the language of the plays written during the nineteenth and the twentieth centuries. Special attention is given to the historical and political circumstances of Spain. Authors may include Alfonso Sastre, Manuel Tamayo y Baus, Antonio Buero Vallejo, Jacinto Benavente, and Federico Garcia Lorca.
