Description

The emphasis of this course is on the analytical and quantitative techniques used in commercial real estate financial analysis. To this end, it exposes the student to the major software tools and databases, such as ARGUS and Excel Modeling, used in commercial real estate for microlevel asset valuation and portfolio analytics. The class includes real data examples and computer laboratory assignments.
