Description
This course presents a new research area in current organizational studies, examining the affective realm in general (e.g., emotions, mood, and trait affect) and the specific ways in which affect is relevant in the organizational context. These include both the influence of organizations on the experience and expression of affect and the influence of affect on organizational processes.
