Description
Graduate business education should assist students’ leadership development, and thus MGT 9330 facilitates students gaining knowledge of organizational leadership and management and appraising their own pertinent attributes and behavior. The course builds on the introductory material treated in MGT 9301, Managing People and Organizations, and incorporates diverse instructional methods that allow students to accumulate leadership knowledge and develop analytical and behavioral skills contributory to effective management.
