Description

Introduction to the law concerning contracts and the rights of property owners. Beginning with a survey of our justice system, including the courts, administrative agencies, and arbitrating, the course will then turn to these substantive areas of law: formation of contracts, performance, breach, and remedies. The discussion will then turns to an overview of the Uniform Commercial Code dealing with interrelated transactions there under affecting contracts for the sale of goods and conclude with a discussion of contractual rights under specialty types of agreements.
