Description
The many complex problems and varied cultural elements of this area of nation-states are studied. The goal is to study representative examples of general trends while also explaining the major political, social, and economic events that have shaped and continue to shape the region's history. This course is cross-listed as HSP 3010. Students may receive credit for HIS 3010 or HSP 3010, not both.
