Overview
Description
W.B. Yeats, James Joyce, Sean O'Casey, John Montague, Thomas Kinsella, and Samuel Beckett. This course will deal with, among other issues, Irish Nationalism, the Rising, the Civil War, the Border, and the Abbey Theatre. Appropriate films will be utilized.This course may serve as the capstone for the liberal arts English minor.
